Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s license & Reliable transportation to get to and from customer's work locations
- Prior concrete experience / concrete resurfacing experience highly desired
- Team player and able to be customer-facing for our company
- Ability to lift 60# on a regular basis
- Deadline-oriented. Must have ability to start early and work late based on job requirements to meet schedule deadlines
- Attention to detail is critical
- Prior military experience is desired
This is a job where you will be able to work indoors and outdoors in a fast-paced environment, both with customers at their homes as well as small business owners at their place of business. The job types and challenges change regularly due to the various types of installations we are contracted to perform so you will not get bored. If you like providing a decorative surface that your customers feel will improve their lives then this may be a fit. You may be asked to lead a team of one or more FT / PT employees, or work in a supporting role to owner-led projects.
Hours will generally average 30 or more per week, with overtime (>40 hour work week) on occasion.
