We are seeking a detail oriented individual to work as part of a decorative concrete team on mostly high-end residential and commercial projects in the Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and Savannah areas. Individuals with experience in leading construction crews, or concrete finishing crews is required.

Highly desirable qualities include:

ATTENTION TO DETAIL, self started, highly motivated, positive attitude, hard working, energetic and eager to learn new skills.

Ability to communicate verbally and in electronic written form to ensure all details are conveyed and understood.
Ability to communicate with owner, customers, and co-workers in a professional and effective manor.
Ability to effectively manage, motivate, and provide constructive criticism to crews and set expectations for desired project outcome.
Ability to practice good time management skills.
Must be able to lift more than 50 LBS.

This position is full time with frequent opportunities for overtime work and potential for advancement. A clean background, driver's license and employer references are required. Competitive wage rate based on experience. We are based in Bluffton, SC and cover a large portion of the Lowcountry/ Beaufort County and Savannah area.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per day
